Shipping and Handling

All orders are hand packaged by me (The Spare Room Artist). Please allow 1-2 weeks to prepare your order to ship as I will be printing and packaging your pieces myself. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking ID and notification that your order has been fulfilled.

Currently only domestic orders will be taken but I hope to expand to international in the future.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and have a flat rate of $7.00

*Commissioned work may need to be shipped in different ways, this will be discussed with you at the time of commission.

When will my package arrive?

Domestic packages generally take 1-2 weeks from the time purchased to arrival. Order will be worked on promptly, therefor the arrival of your package may come quicker.

Prints shipped USPS usually take 2-5 days for domestic orders according to USPS.com

How is my order packaged

All prints will be placed in plastic protective sleeves.

10 x 10 prints and smaller will have a cardboard backer and be placed in a rigid shipping envelope.

Larger prints will be rolled and placed in a shipping tube.

*Packaging of commissioned work will be discussed at the time of commission. How the work is packaged and shipped may change depending on the piece.

What types of Inks and paper do you us?

Currently prints are done on Pro photo paper with a luster finish.

The ink used is sublimation, known for it’s permanence and higher resolution quality.

Greeting and post cards are printed on 100lb card stock.

Do prints have margins or borders?

Some prints have borders.

Please check the write up on your specific print to find out about the border. Different prints have different border types.

Return / Refund Policy

Please note I am unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time, but if there are any issues with your order, if your package arrives damaged during shipment, please take a photo of the damaged package and art and contact me as soon as possible. Please include your order number and a short explanation. I then will discuss alternatives. Satisfaction is guaranteed. Thank you!
